Public Service Announcement (PSA) Deadline Is Fridays, 5:00 p.m. The same deadline applies for Weddings, Engagements, and other “personal accomplishment” items. Any submitted item that has appeared previously in any other newspaper will require a fee. We moved our PSA deadline to Fridays, effective January 2008, because we were simply being flooded with submitted items on Mondays and simply could not review all of them for possible publication.
