1020 Falls Street, Blackstone, VA 23824 In execution of the Deed of Trust dated June 10, 2021, in the original principal amount of $118,808.00, recorded as Inst. 210000945, assigned as Inst. 220001858, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Nottoway, Virginia, default having occurred in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured and at the request of the holder of the note, the undersigned, as Substitute Trustee, will sell at public auction at the front entrance of the Circuit Court for the County of Nottoway on February 20, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., the property located at the above address and described as bounded on the south by an old road and fronting thereon 112 feet, bounded on the west by the lands now or formerly of John Royal, on the north by a branch and fronting 75 feet thereon, and bounded on the east by the land now or formerly of John Royal, which corners are clearly designated by iron pins or stakes, County of Nottoway. TERMS: CASH. PROPERTY SOLD AS IS WITH SPECIAL WARRANTY OF TITLE.
