In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $88,500.00 dated February 2, 2009 recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for Nottoway County on February 6, 2009 as Instrument Number: 090000149, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction, at the Main entrance of the courthouse for the Circuit Court of Nottoway County, 328 W Courthouse Rd, Nottoway, VA 23955 on February 16, 2023 at 9:30 AM the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address and briefly described as: ALL THOSE two certain lots or parcels of land in the Town of Blackstone, Virginia, designated on a plat of the Baker Property or North Blackstone, made by W.C. Rives, Surveyor, dated July, 1916, said plat being filed in the papers of the chancery suit of Wiles Shoe Co. v.
