Discussion on Blackstone’s new speed limit on South Main was short and to the point last week at Town Hall. Council’s Street & Light Committee is recommending that the 25 mph limit, which was put in place last year between town limits and 10th Street, not be changed back to 35 mph, which it was for several decades.
