Three Nottoway High School baseball stand-outs have received All-Region 2A honors.
Junior Sam Young was named 1st Team at Shortstop. He had a .480 Batting Average, .536 On Base Percentage, .660 Slugging Percentage, 1.196 OPS (On Base Plus Slugging Percentage), 24 hits, 10 RBI, and scored 19 runs.
Senior Noah Lewis was named 2nd Team All-Region at Pitcher. He had a 2-2 record, 1.944 Earned Run Average, 1.194 WHIP (Walks plus Hits per Innings Pitched), and struck-out 68 batters in 36 innings.
Junior John Fowlkes was named 2nd Team All- Region as a Utility Player. Fowlkes batted .353, had a .507 On Base Percentage, .549 SLG, 1.056 OPS, 18 hits, 15 RBI, and scored 11 runs. He also went 3-2 as a pitcher with a 2.011 ERA and struck-out 34 batters in 31 innings.
