The Ruff Report: FROM RICHMOND


Compassion is a good thing when you’re using your own resources in assisting others in a time of their need.

It’s far different when you, as a legislator, are shifting the cost of that compassion to taxpayers and claiming that you’re a good and righteous person.

Members of the majority party in the General Assembly are so proud of helping those whose income might have been affected by COVID-19. However, rather than dealing with those who have truly been harmed, they are using an axe rather than a scalpel.
