South Main renovation to complement wedding venue

COUPLE HAVE VISION FOR

OLD HOME,

COMMUNITY

After years of neglect, one of Blackstone’s largest and finest old homes on South Main Street is being renovated and will bring more visitors to town.

Bernie Fournier and Megan Little plan to have Bagley House, which spans 5,400 sq. ft., ready for the upcoming wedding season.

Bernie owns Poplar Hill, a growing wedding and events venue west of town on Old Nottoway Road.

The couple plan to use the 1911 Bagley House to accommodate wedding parties and out-of-town guests.
