LANE OF TRAVEL CLAIMS RULED INCONCLUSIVE
A Reckless Driving count aganst a Nottoway County man, who was charged in the 2019 death of 21-yearold Hailey Monroe, has been thrown out of court.
Circuit Court Judge Paul Cella ruled Friday that the evidence presented against Quarnell D. Price, 31, of Crewe, wasn’t sufficient to find him Guilty beyond reasonable doubt.
