Nottoway County’s top prosecutor says that recent sworn testimony by County Administrator Ronnie Roark is being “looked into” by her office. Commonwealth’s Attorney Terry Royall declined to elaborate at presstime and offered no other public comment to the Courier-Record. Under oath,
Roark made an apparent inaccurate statement during a July 21st proceeding in Nottoway General District Court, where Henrico resident Eileen McAfee alleged that Roark had violated Virginia’s Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) by withholding a public document from her and saying that it didn’t exist.
