Baughan

Richard Allen Baughan, 61, of Dillwyn, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, February 6, 2021.

He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Kaye Profitt Baughan; and three children by marriage: Deana (Daniel) Boyles, David (Tana Davidson) Amburn, and Danielle (James) Edwards; along with nine grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Lewis Baughan. He is also survived by his father, James Allen Baughan; siblings, Brenda Baughan Bryant, Ronald (Kay) Baughan, Deborah Baughan Borum; a host of nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family received friends at Dunkum Funeral Home in Dillwyn on Monday, February 8, 2021. Graveside services were held on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Trinity Memorial Gardens in Rice, Virginia.
