Forrest Edward Outlaw, age 69, of Blackstone, passed from this life on Oct. 31, 2017.

Mrs. Michelle Quarles- Chiles, 53, of Capitol Heights, MD, and formerly of Blackstone, died October 27, 2017.

Mr. Clarence Manuel Wynn, Sr., 87 of Victoria died October 31, 2017. He is survived by three children, Clarence, Jr.

Raymond Lowry Winn, 72, of Blackstone, VA, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017. He is predeceased by his parents, Allie and Annie West Winn; and two brothers, Travis and Gilliam Winn.
