HOLE-IN-ONE!

Frankie Winn of Blackstone recorded his second career hole-in-one with an ace Friday at the par-3 eighth hole at Nottoway River Country Club.
Using an 8-iron from about 155 yards, Winn hit a perfect draw from the senior tees and watched it take two hops before rolling into the cup on what has become one the hardest par-3 greens to hit in Southside Virginia. Winn was playing with David Dooley, David Earl Matthews, and Peter Perkins. He carded a one-under-par 71 for his round.
