In four varsity softball games last week, the Nottoway Lady Cougars scored a total of 47 runs and allowed only two, but those two scores came Friday in the bottom of the 12th inning at Amelia.


Kenston Forest School’s varsity softball team finished the regular season in 3rd place but peaked at the right time last week, winning the Virginia Colonial Conference tournament and proving once again that in Spring sports, May is more important than March.
