Large lots that come with more than $200,000 in appraised timber and VDOT-approved entrances will be sold next Wednesday, Feb. 25th in Lunenburg County.
The auction is scheduled to begin at 12 Noon at 1708 Main Street, Victoria. Located on Dogwood Lane near Kenbridge, the seven lots each perk and are 29, 34, 37, 21, 38, 27, and 26 acres, respectively. They are to be auctioned in “any combination,” according to auctioneer Sid Smyth.
