With a Democrat now occupying the Governor’s Mansion after the recent inauguration of Abigail Spanberger, Nottoway County’s Electoral Board now has a 2-1 “blue” majority. Wanda Dyson of Crewe recently was appointed by Nottoway Circuit Court to the three-member panel, succeeding Republican appointee, April Wright. A Democrat appointee, Ms. Dyson joins Republican Timothy “TJ” Oliver, Jr. and Democrat Sarah Allen.
