Nottoway County in December issued 21 BUILDING PERMITS, six of which involve home generators. Many here haven’t forgotten the catastrophic ice storm of Feb. 13-14, 2021 that caused prolonged, widespread power outages.
Some residents are planning for warmer days — two of the permits are for swimming pools
