1000TH KAVALIER PT.


 

 

Kenston Forest School junior, Graham Sledd, last week scored his 1,000th career basketball point for the varsity Kavaliers.

Sledd achieved his feat last Tuesday, Feb. 17th, during the semi-finals of the Virginia Colonial Conference tournament at Amelia Academy. The visiting Kavaliers were eliminated by the Patriots, 74-33. Sledd finished the night with 19 points.

Sledd is the son of Tine Sledd of Crewe and Farrah Sledd of Blackstone. He’s an Honor Roll student at Kenston, where he’s been a varsity starter in basketball since 9th grade. He’s also a stand-out baseball player.
