Arden Morton, nine-year-old daughter of Travis & Megan Morton of of rural Blackstone, killed this 20-pound gobbler Saturday morning while hunting with her father in Lunenburg County. The old tom sported an 11-inch beard. She made the kill during Youth Weekend. The regular Spring Gobbler season opens this coming Saturday, April 12th.
